Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Food science, Industrial, Chemical, Biotech, etc) with minimum GPA of 3.00
• At least 1 year of working experience as Purchasing in manufacture (candidates with experience in purchasing food an beverage raw material are preffered), especially handle Raw Material & Packaging Material.
• Proficient in English
• Energetic and fast learner
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Have knowledge about SAP
• Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi. (Kawasan Industri MM2100)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Monitor Purchasing process administration : Purchase Request / Purchase Order in SAP & Internal System Portal
• Negotiate with Vendor to ensure best offering at QCDSM aspects
• Coordinate with user to gather user’s requirement
• Vendor Evaluation
• Monitor Purchasing order delivery and ensure invoice is correct
