Persyaratan
- Having experience and knowledge on Shipping Agency, Freight Forwarding, Freight Management and Port Agency business.
- Experience in handling Export Import activity including supported documents (Packing List, Invoice, PIB/PEB, etc).
- Experience in handling communication with related local authority such as Bea Cukai, Kementrian Perdagangan, Kementrian Perindustrian, Kementrian Kehutanan etc, is an advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field, Logistics majority is an advantage.
- Required Skill(s): manage shipment, export and import policy & law.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially excel and the formulas of it) and E-mail.
- Detail oriented, able to meet tight deadline, good communication skill.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing, Mandarin or Hokkien language will be advantage.
- Self Motivated, Fast Learner, Can work underpressure, Familiar with target or deadline, Multitasking.

- Excellent in negotiation and building relationship, have good interpersonal skill, good analytical thinking, good priority setting and communication skills.
- Highly driven to achieve the target, team player also in Individual, proactive, and highly motivated.
- Ready for being placement in Lingkar Timur, Sidoarjo.
- Age between 35-40 Years Old.
- Have driving license : C + A (is an advantage).
Tanggung Jawab
- Create procedure of clearance and documentation of import file also filling the administration of Import process.
- Open PO to supplier based on quantity, allocation of purchases based on area and grade.
- Make a report on the position of material delivery for POs that have been opened.
- Monitor all shipments so that goods are sent immediately according to the PO allocation (often there are less shipments).
- Monitoring and ensuring that all PO closings (from the initial PO opening until delivery) are in accordance with procedures.
- Handle and Checking all import process with local documents (invoice, P/L, AWB, Insurance, PO, E Form, AI Form, JIEAP Form, RCEP, BL, Invoice packing list , BC 23, Invoice, Packing List, HAWB/BL, COO, HS code, Import Policies and Laws, Tax, etc.).
- Check draft PIB and prepared PIB payment.
- Handling and Familiar with Custom / BC (Bea Cukai) system such as CEISA 4.0, SIAP TERBANG, SLIM, INSW, SIINAS is an advantage.
- Arranging shipment order delivery for export purpose as well as customs clearance process for import purpose and ensure the administrative task on internal well prepared to keep the communication with customs port running smoothly.
- Help monitor ordered goods until they reach the warehouse.
- Communication and coordinating with exporter related documentation and shipment schedule.
- Verify that all documentation adheres to import policies and laws.
- Monitoring deliveries from suppliers to warehouses.
- Process purchase requests from purchasing division.
- Build good relationships with vendors.
- Ensuring the date of request and delivery in accordance with the agreement with the vendor/supplier.
- Negotiating prices and payment terms.
