MANAGEMENT TRAINEE ENGINEERING

Responsibility

• Machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Daily check for production and auxiliary machine
• Machine start up, shut down and parameter adjustment
• Production line continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Candidate at least have a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), or any relevant majors
• At least 2 years of working experience in plastic/packaging manufacturing (Preform/closure/cap/capshield)
• Familiar Injection and compression machine
• Self-starter and creative with initiative of improvement
• Have a strong desire to learn and uphold high loyalty to work
• Have good and critical analysis troubleshooting issue
• Good communication skill and have good both writing and speaking English
