Guru PAUD-SMA

What you will do…

• Teach regular online classes or TMR according to the level taught.
• Provide regular written feedback and evaluate students’ learning activities.
• Collaborate with the Level Coordinator to create learning plans and teaching materials.
• Collaborate with the Level Coordinator to coordinate the freelance team at their level.
• Attend meetings related to your duties as a teacher at SMM.
• Check and respond to to your tanyamu, telegrams, and emails every day if there are any from parents or SMM.
• Participate actively in extracurricular activities at SMM, such as field trips, playdates, expressive class, art exhibitions, etc.
• Prepare learning plans and teaching materials as directed by the Level Coordinator.
• Complete teacher administrative activities as directed by the Level Coordinator.

Guru Inklusi

What you will do…

• Teaching and assisting inclusive students.
• Conducting online and offline student observations.
• Consulting with parents and students both online and offline.
• Creating preparations and lesson plans for students.
• Providing students feedback on their learning processes.
• Making reports on observation and consultation results for parents and students.
• Attending coordination meetings per level and the SMM team (if necessary).
• Involved in special SMM activities.

Freelance

What you will do…

• Teach extracurricular activities according to the level, and expertise possessed, and follow the time and place that have been determined and agreed upon.
• Carry out good class management and observation of the class being taught.
• Prepare the tools and materials needed in the HUB and online teaching.
• Formulate the curriculum/LO together with the Learning Strategist (LS) for each extracurricular activity.
• Create summative projects, and provide assessments and qualitative feedback to students in their class.
• Make anecdotal notes (feedback) at each meeting and share them with students in turn.
• Coordinate/brief/reflect with the Learning Strategist (LS) according to the time that has been determined and agreed upon, including seeking information on English competitions/performances for children.
• Answering questions from students related to the material/assignments given in Tanya.mu and/or telegram groups according to the specified time.
• Making a lesson plan in the form of materials (slides), and assignments, and preparing tools and materials according to the provisions set by the SMM team
• Researching appropriate learning materials and topics.

Requirements

Guru PAUD-SMA

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience in offline teaching, preferably in a creative and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
• Enthusiastic and adaptable, willing to participate in various school activities.
• Creative and able to engage students in innovative ways.
• Familiarity with education technology and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• A playful and flexible approach to teaching.

Guru Inklusi

• Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for degrees in Special Education or Psychology.
• Demonstrate 1-2 years of experience in both online and offline teaching settings, whether in schools or educational institutions.
• Possess experience teaching or interacting with children with special needs.
• Show a genuine interest in teaching early childhood students and the ability to craft engaging learning experiences for them.
• Exhibit creativity in developing learning materials, activities, and presentations suitable for young learners.
• Proficiency in using a variety of educational applications and platforms.
• A deep understanding of early childhood development tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within both large and small teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills when working with colleagues.
• Effective classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in observing and assessing student progress.
• Maintain discipline in adhering to timelines and deadlines.
• A commitment to a loyal work ethic within the team.

Guru Ekskul

• Minimum D3 or bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 1 Year of full-time teaching experience
• Have teaching experience in the required field
• Able to use Microsoft Office and Google Space
