Job Description Summary :
The role involves tracking truck schedules, monitoring dismantling and SPK/DO completion, and calculating claims for shrinkage or quality issues. It includes preparing documents for invoice payments, inputting data into SAP, evaluating transporter performance, and distributing loading schedules. The role also requires handling administrative tasks related to SPK/DO and ensuring accurate transport timeline records.
Job Descriptions :
- Tracking land transport / trucking schedules (check truck position) from loading location to unloading location.
- Monitor the result of dismantling of each truck, completion of SPK / DO and making calculation of claim shrinkage or quality or insufficient in the claim filing letter to the transporter or supplier
- Receive, record and prepare documents for the purpose of invoice payment process to the FA.
- Perform trucking data input to SAP like GR, GI, material transfer and stock transfer.
- Evaluate the performance of transporters
- Distribute truckloading schedule to related parties
- Conduct the necessary administrative activities related to the discharge of SPK / DO
- Responsible for all timelines recording and admin transport, accurate and complete.
