As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by ensuring that our products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Record production data, including quantities, production times, and any issues encountered during the shift.
• Assist with the setup and calibration of machinery for different production runs.
• Follow detailed operating procedures and work instructions to maintain consistency and quality in production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor for immediate resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. A vocational or technical certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a production operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Familiarity with operating production machinery and equipment.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of production processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and machinery controls.

Additional Skills:

• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods.
