About The Company:

• The working venue is in Tegal.
• Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Explore and identify new market opportunities, particularly within the automotive industry, including dealerships, manufacturing facilities, and import/export businesses.
• Supervise, guide, and support the sales and marketing team to maximize performance and results.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and vehicle delivery volume targets
• Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor activities to develop competitive sales proposals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts such as APMs (Authorized Brand Agents), car distributors, and logistics companies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering, preferably with insight into the automotive or logistics/transportation sector.
• Business level of English skill.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in B2B sales as assistant manager within the car carrier logistics, vehicle distribution, or automotive industry.
• Possesses knowledge of routing and scheduling, cargo handling procedures, cost structures, and transportation regulations (including those related to import and export activitie).
• Bright personality with proven ability to manage key corporate accounts and to foster long-term client relationships.
