With a commercial office based in Singapore, we are represented in Asia, Europe, North America, Africa, the Middle East, and the Indian subcontinent with an estimated total annual capacity of 240,000 metric tonnes.

Persyaratan

• D3 or Bachelor Degree of Business Administration economics information system etc
• Fluent in English is a must also able to speak in Mandarin would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Shipping import/export documentation and customs procedures
• Strong Customer Service communication skill
• Min. 2 years of experience in Shipping or related field
• Experience in International & Domestic Trade and Payment terms
• Having knowledge about ‘Logistic Market : transport modes services and relationships’ in manufacture industry
• Able to acces SAP would be an advantage Computer skill (Ms. Word Ms. Excel Ms. PowerPoint)

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage shipments ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements
• Coordinate and oversee shipping arrangements including vessel booking for cargo transportation
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely shipments
• Track shipments maintain inventory and resolve any shipping – related issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits reporting and compliance purpose
