Position: Sales Manager (Gadget Industry)

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, result- and target-oriented
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail gadget sales; experience with a competitor company is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of market trends and sales data analysis
• Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office)
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

Job Description:

• Expand new customer and dealer network; build strong relationships with dealers and sales teams
• Enhance brand image across the company’s multiple product lines
• Responsible for achieving monthly sell-through and sell-out targets
• Manage product allocation efficiently
• Collaborate with trainers to monitor promoter performance and ensure smooth operations
• Conduct monthly job assessments aligned with regional and national strategies

Position: Trainer (Gadget Industry)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer in the gadget industry (Smartphone/PC/Tablet/Wearable/Audio)
• High mobility and willingness to travel frequently
• Capable of developing own training and presentation materials
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• Strong sales acumen is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Description:

• Deliver training on product knowledge, selling skills, and market awareness to retail teams and dealers
• Conduct training evaluations and market research
• Train and enable Honor Field Force team members and retail staff to improve sell-out performance
• Prepare and execute weekly and daily work plans
• Develop training materials and performance reports
• Monitor in-store promoter performance and coordinate with regional teams for continuous improvement
• Conduct training for Non-BA (non–Brand Ambassador) stores
