Started in 1972 with Tjiwi Kimia producing caustic soda, now we run operations across Indonesia and China with an annual combined pulp, paper, packaging product and converting capacity of over 19 million tons per annum. Today, APP markets its products in more than 120 countries across six continents.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related major with a minimum 3.00 GPA
• Minimum 7 years of experience on related field preferably on Plastic Packaging and Tissue Production
• Strong Leadership with the ability to motivate and guide a production teams
• Excellent problem solving skills in a dynamic production environment
• Excellent knowledge in 6S and K3
• Detail Oriented and effective communication skills
• Full time position
• Candidate must willing to work in Cikupa Tangerang Banten

Tanggung Jawab

• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors
• workers etc.)
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce
• raw materials etc.)
• Approve maintenance work purchasing of equipment etc
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions
• Report to upper management
