Deskripsi Pekerjaan

PT SUNWAY TREK MASINDO, a key subsidiary of the Malaysia Stock Exchange-listed Sunway Holdings Berhad, is actively involved in the trade of aftermarket heavy equipment parts, tires, and lubricants. We are now inviting applications from suitable candidates to join our team in a variety of available positions.

Persyaratan

  • Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Administration, Managemen, equivalent). Replacing employees on maternity leave for 3 (three) months.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in organizing and maintaining documents and data in a structured manner.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, fast-paced, and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good multitasking and time management abilities.

    General Qualifications for Admin Executive

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in document handling.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in internal coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus.

Tanggung Jawab

    General Administrative Management

  • Organize and manage office documents such as incoming/outgoing letters, memos, reports, and important files.
  • Input data into systems and ensure accurate and organized filing.
  • Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute them accordingly.

      Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between management and other departments to ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Coordinate and support operational needs across departments.

      Scheduling and Agenda Management

  • Arrange business trips, including travel tickets, accommodation, and other logistics.
  • Prepare meeting requirements, presentations, and company events.

      Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to directors, managers, or department heads.
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and confidential documents professionally and timely.

      Office Supplies & Inventory Management

  • Recap Attandance, Ensure the availability of office supplies and equipment
  • Propose purchases of operational needs when required.

      Reporting

  • Prepare monthly activity reports or other administrative reports.
  • Conduct basic data analysis if needed by the management.
