This role offers nationwide placement based on business needs, so flexibility and adaptability are essential. Preference will be given to candidates who are open to relocation.

Persyaratan

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 3 years in regional management. Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred.
• Familiar with international retail operation models, with proven success in regional business development and management.
• Proficiency in English for business communication.

Tanggung Jawab

• Daily Store Operations Management: Ensure implementation and evaluation of standard operating procedures for daily store operations, follow up on marketing activities and ensure effective execution to enhance brand image.
• Regional Business Communication: Maintain close communication with the national New Retail platform to jointly promote regional business development, while building strong partnerships with local collaborators (authorized store partners, suppliers, etc).
• Store Planning and Expansion in the Region: Responsible for planning the store system and developing new stores within the region, and collaborating to achieve regional expansion goals.
