About The Role

This role will provide both HR (People & Culture) and Administrative support, split approximately 50/50 between the two focus areas.

Client Overview 

Our Client, The Salt Foundation is a committed not-for-profit organization that has been supporting individuals, families, and communities since 2011. Their mission is to improve physical, social, and mental well-being for people from all walks of life. They are driven by a deep belief that everyone deserves a life filled with purpose and joy.

Key Responsibilities

(1) People & Culture (HR) Support – 50% Capacity

a. Application & Interview Coordination: Review applications, screen documents, shortlist candidates, schedule and coordinate phone/video interviews, and conduct phone or online screenings.

b. Hiring & Onboarding: Once a hiring decision is made by the HR Manager, coordinate the issuance and signing of employment contracts. Support the setup and integration into Care Vision and NGO training platforms for onboarding.

c. Staff Qualifications & Records: Conduct monthly reviews of team members’ mandatory qualifications and training records. Follow up with staff to ensure documents are current and properly uploaded to the management platform. Assist with reporting and communication (emails/calls).

(2) Administrative Tasks Support – 50% Capacity

a. Update documentation and perform accurate data entry.

b. Prepare reports in alignment with NDIS compliance requirements.

c. Provide general admin support and assist with special projects as needed by the CEO and Executive Team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or people management roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of general HR policies, employee lifecycle, and compliance.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR procedures and managing staff relations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Emotionally resilient and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to relocate to Canggu, Bali.
