Customer Service Officer, Perbankan – Ritel/Cabang (Perbankan & Layanan Finansial)
Job Description
- Handling customer’s daily transaction (Subscription, reedemption, and switching) and input data transaction to the system
- Calculate Net Asset value of each mutual fund product for internal update and report
- Complete KYC on boarding for new and pre-exiting customer (KYC Refresh) by reviewing customer documentation either individual or institutional customers
- Handle CS end-to-end process, including complaints and inquiries from customers also manage and resolve customer-related issues and escalations
- Introduce and offer the accurate information about company services and products to customer
- Archive customer documents and transactions
- Support Sales & Marketing team
Requirement
- Minimum bachelor degree from any specialization
- Minimum 1 year working experince as customer service or KYC officer on Banking or financial services. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Computer literate and able to operate Ms Office
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, detail-oriented person, and good organizational skills
- Certified on WAPERD (Wakil Agent Penjual Efek Reksadana) is advantageous
