Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Process orders returns and exchanges
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
